Participants share practical experiences, explore innovative approaches, and discuss policies that help cities and regions respond to increasing climate risks.
The 2026 edition, hosted in Guimarães – European Green Capital 2026, will focus on integrated approaches to climate resilience that go beyond adaptation, highlighting the role of cities—particularly small and medium-sized municipalities—in driving innovative, citizen-centred resilience strategies.
