The New European Bauhaus Festival 2026 will return to Brussels from 9 to 13 June 2026, bringing together innovators, policymakers, artists, researchers, and citizens to explore new ways of shaping sustainable, inclusive, and beautiful living environments across Europe. Organised by the European Commission, the festival celebrates the transformative vision of the New European Bauhaus, connecting the goals of the European Green Deal with tangible solutions for the built environment and everyday life.

The festival will feature three main components: the Forum, offering discussions and debates on the future of sustainable and inclusive spaces; the Fair, showcasing innovative projects, prototypes, and solutions aligned with New European Bauhaus values; and the Fest, a vibrant programme of cultural and artistic activities celebrating creativity and community engagement.

During the event, the RETIME project will also follow and share key developments emerging from the festival, providing updates and insights on how discussions and showcased initiatives contribute to strengthening resilience and innovation in the built environment together with our sister projects.

Through these updates, RETIME aims to connect the outcomes of the festival with ongoing research and actions supporting more resilient and sustainable communities across Europe.

The NEB satellite activity, led by Minority Report and developed in collaboration with RETIME, CLIMRES, CARMINE, MAIA, and MULTICLIMACT, is framed within the scope of the Resilience of the Built Environment cluster.

Stay tuned for more updates!
