Seven Horizon Europe-funded projects – CARMINE, CLIMRES, MAIA, MINORITY REPORT, MULTICARE, MULTICLIMACT, and RETIME – have launched a Joint Manifesto on the Resilience of the Built Environment in 2025 , marking a new milestone in joint efforts for climate resilience.
United by a shared mission and a deep commitment to building climate resilience, inclusivity, and sustainability across Europe, these seven projects have formed a dedicated cluster. Through this alliance, they coordinate efforts to amplify the impact of individual innovations and deliver greater value to society as a whole. By joining forces, this cluster demonstrates that together we are stronger—building not only resilient environments but also deeper connections among people, communities, and fresh ideas for a better future.
A Shared Vision for Europe’s Future
The signatories envision a future-proof built environment that is inclusive and adaptive to climate risks. The manifesto underscores a commitment to:
Common Principles and Objectives
