RETIME Project Publishes New Systematic Review Revealing Major Gaps in How Europe Assesses Building Vulnerability to Climate Hazards

A systematic review of 26 studies has found that most building vulnerability assessments overlook interior features, rarely use Building Information Modelling (BIM), and largely ignore heatwaves despite their disproportionate death toll.
